Baltzarsen

I thought that with a name like QX13604 William James Lloyd Baltzarsen this chap would be esay to find but it proved quite difficult. This is what Bill wrote to me:
"One of the problems with the search has been the fact that William, was actually christened Wilhelm after his father, and that after WW2, he changed his name from BALTZARSEN to BALTERSEN."
This WWII group of five will be returned to Baltzarsen's niece.
The returned medal tally is now 782 and these are from the NSW box.
